We are now expanding our sales organization and looking for an independent process owner who wants to ensure that our processes function effectively, contribute to our goals and strategies, and support high customer satisfaction.
As a process owner, you are the link between the sales department and other stakeholders, driving continuous improvements in sales-related activities and results. You lead the process work end-to-end and support the business in implementing changes. The role is central to driving the entire process work within sales and thus strengthening us towards our goals.

Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze data and engage in dialogue with the entire sales organization to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and improve customer experience.
- Ensure clear documentation and working methods according to best practices.
- Be the link between sales and other functions; drive cross-functional meetings/workshops to solve problems and improve flows.
- Participate in strategic initiatives; propose new processes and tools based on market trends and technological developments.
- Train and support the sales organization in new/updated processes and provide ongoing support for process-related questions.

The role belongs to the process organization within our sales department.
This is a flexible position where you drive multiple initiatives in parallel and collaborate broadly within the organization. Your work will impact how we work moving forward in sales and process development.
As a person, you are solution-oriented and analytical, with the ability to see the big picture and prioritize based on business benefits. You have strong communication skills and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You are self-driven and structured and thrive in a changing environment. A strong customer focus and a drive to continuously work on improvements are also important qualities for success in the role.
- Relevant education in sales, economics, or business development
- At least 5 years of documented experience leading projects/initiatives.
- Very good ability to formulate requirements, decision support, and process documentation.
- Practical experience in change management (planning, communication, implementation).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office suite
- Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious
- Knowledge of the APQC model.
- Experience with Lean and continuous improvements
- Experience with sales processes.
- Experience in specifying requirements and implementing support in IT systems related to sales processes.
